Residenza fotografica: Anna Adamo

Anna Adamo (1991), born and raised in the suburbs of Milan, developed an intimate photographic language by beginning to portray her mother during adolescence. In 2012 she won the Leica competition with This Is Our Youth and began collaborating with the Cesu-ra collective. After an internship at Magnum Photos in Paris, she developed long-term projects such as Bakeca with Marco P. Valli. Her work has been published in Vice, GQ, Esquire, and Vanity Fair, and she has collaborated with brands including Off-White, Mon-cler, and Apple. In 2024 she was selected by Camera for Futures. Her practice is centered on long-term narratives and immersive processes.
